Instructions
- Sauté Vegetables: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil. Sauté onion and bell pepper until softened. Add garlic and jalapeño.
- Cook Bison: Add ground bison, cook until browned.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in tomatoes, beans, broth, tomato paste, and spices. Simmer for 30–40 minutes.
