Dough:
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Filling:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Combine Bisquick mix, milk, and sugar in a bowl to form dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface, then roll it out.
- Spread butter over the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll the dough, slice into rolls, and bake for 20–22 minutes.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add chopped pecans or raisins to the cinnamon filling.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
