  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Filling:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine Bisquick mix, milk, and sugar in a bowl to form dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface, then roll it out.
  4. Spread butter over the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Roll the dough, slice into rolls, and bake for 20–22 minutes.
  6. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
