Ingredients

Blackening Seasoning:

2 tablespoons paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Salmon:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), 2 tablespoons olive oil.

For Serving:

Lemon wedges, Fresh chopped parsley for garnish.


Instructions
