  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 jalapeño (sliced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water. Cook until thickened.
  3. Prepare filling: Stir in black beans, corn, and salsa. Remove from heat.
