- Blue and white sprinkles or sanding sugar
- Optional: edible glitter for sparkle
Instructions
- Melt the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth.
- Add Flavor and Color: Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, salt, and blue gel food coloring. Mix well.
- Chill and Shape: Pour the mixture into a dish and refrigerate until firm. Scoop and roll into balls, coating hands with butter.
- Decorate: Roll truffles in sprinkles or sanding sugar. Dust with edible glitter if desired.
- Chill and Serve: Chill before serving or gifting.
