- 1–2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
- whipped cream and extra graham cracker crumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the milk, frozen blueberries, cream cheese, vanilla ice cream, graham cracker crumbs, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the ice and blend again until thick and frosty. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for that cheesecake flair.
