  • 1 large egg, room temperature

Filling:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add milk, butter, and egg. Knead until a soft dough forms. Add remaining flour as needed. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Roll Out the Dough: Roll dough into a 12×16-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and add blueberries. Roll up and cut into 12 rolls.
  3. Bake: Place rolls in a baking dish. Let rise, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Make the Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
