Naan Crust:
- 2 naan flatbreads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Caramelized Onions:
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
Toppings:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional: balsamic glaze and arugula for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Caramelized Onions: In a skillet, cook sliced onions in olive oil over medium heat until golden and soft. Stir in honey and caramelize for another 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Pizza: Place naan on a baking sheet. Spread caramelized onions on each naan. Top with blueberries, feta, mozzarella, thyme. Bake at 425°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Season with black pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, arugula if desired. Slice and serve warm.
