Naan Crust:

  • 2 naan flatbreads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Caramelized Onions:

  • 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Toppings:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: balsamic glaze and arugula for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caramelized Onions: In a skillet, cook sliced onions in olive oil over medium heat until golden and soft. Stir in honey and caramelize for another 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Assemble the Pizza: Place naan on a baking sheet. Spread caramelized onions on each naan. Top with blueberries, feta, mozzarella, thyme. Bake at 425°F for 10–12 minutes.
  3. Finish and Serve: Season with black pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, arugula if desired. Slice and serve warm.
