Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon if using.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing. Fold in the blueberries.
