Oats Mixture:
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Topping (Optional):
- 1 graham cracker (crumbled)
Instructions
- Prepare Oats: In a mason jar or airtight container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, blueberries, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: In the morning, stir the oats and top with crumbled graham cracker. Add more milk if needed. Enjoy cold or warm.

- Frozen blueberries work great and naturally sweeten the oats.
