- 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties.
- Cook the Patties: Sear the patties in olive oil until browned. Set aside.
- Make the Gravy: In the same skillet, sauté onion, add flour, then slowly whisk in beef broth. Add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine and Simmer: Return patties to the skillet, spoon gravy over them, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
