Boom Boom Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, vinegar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Adjust Taste: Taste the sauce and adjust heat or sweetness to your preference.
