For the Burritos:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced hash browns, cooked
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Salsa and hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook the Eggs: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble gently until cooked through.
- Assemble the Burritos: Warm the flour tortillas. Divide the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage or bacon, cheese, hash browns, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro among the tortillas. Roll up tightly.
