Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a baking dish.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Mix wet and dry: Add dry ingredients to wet mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in peaches.
  5. Add topping: Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mix over the batter.
  6. Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
