Bruschetta Mixture:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze or balsamic reduction
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  2. Prepare the Bruschetta Mixture: In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add chopped basil.
  3. Combine: Toss hot pasta with the bruschetta mixture, adding reserved water if needed. Top with Parmesan and garnish with basil. Serve.
