Buffalo Sauce:
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions

- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Coat cauliflower: Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until well coated.

- Make buffalo sauce: Combine buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Coat cauliflower: Toss baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce mixture.
- Bake again: Return cauliflower to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes until crispy.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
