- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
For Serving:
- 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)
- celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, garnish with green onions, and serve warm with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.
Notes
- You can prepare this dip a day ahead and bake just before serving.
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
