Ingredients
Scale
Filling
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
Wrap & Cook
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing
Optional Toppings
- Sliced green onions
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it is at the right temperature for cooking the wraps evenly.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly to evenly incorporate the flavors.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface, then spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly around the filling. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Prepare for Air Frying: Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. This will help the wraps crisp up nicely in the air fryer.
- Air Fry: Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time to ensure an even golden brown and crispy exterior.
- Serve: Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Slice them in half and serve with optional toppings such as sliced green onions and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
