Oreo Crust:
- 20 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars
- Extra caramel sauce and chopped Butterfinger for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Crust: Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter, press into the pan to form the crust.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla extract, and mix well. Pour half of the batter over the crust.
- Add Toppings: Drizzle half of the caramel sauce, sprinkle half of the Butterfinger. Repeat layering with remaining batter, caramel, and candy.
- Bake: Swirl toppings with a knife, bake for 35–40 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Finish: Drizzle with extra caramel, sprinkle more Butterfinger, then cut into bars.
