Oreo Crust:

  • 20 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars
  • Extra caramel sauce and chopped Butterfinger for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Crust: Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter, press into the pan to form the crust.
  3. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla extract, and mix well. Pour half of the batter over the crust.
  4. Add Toppings: Drizzle half of the caramel sauce, sprinkle half of the Butterfinger. Repeat layering with remaining batter, caramel, and candy.
  5. Bake: Swirl toppings with a knife, bake for 35–40 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  6. Finish: Drizzle with extra caramel, sprinkle more Butterfinger, then cut into bars.
