Pasta:

Chicken:

Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Chicken: Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning. Sear in a skillet with olive oil until cooked through; set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until thickened.
- Combine: Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Add chicken back to the skillet and heat through.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
