- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 package (16 ounces) potato gnocchi
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Coat the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.
