Ingredients
Scale
Seafood and Protein
- 1/2 pound salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
Sauce and Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (plus more to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Pasta and Garnish
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice, cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to keep warm.
- Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat butter and olive oil together. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Cook Salmon: Season the salmon chunks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add them to the skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly browned. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
- Make Alfredo Sauce: Pour heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom. Bring the cream to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, and additional Cajun seasoning if desired. Simmer the sauce for 3–4 minutes until it slightly thickens.
- Add Seafood: Gently stir in the cooked lobster and crab meat. Return the cooked salmon to the skillet. Allow everything to simmer together for 1–2 minutes until heated through and well combined.
- Toss and Serve: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it thoroughly to coat with the creamy Cajun sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
Notes
- For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the sauce while simmering.
- Feel free to substitute shrimp or scallops for any of the seafood listed if preferred.
