Dough:

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Stuff Cookies: Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten, place a Candy Cane Joe-Joe’s in the center, cover with more dough, and seal edges. Repeat for remaining dough and cookies. Place on baking sheets.
- Bake: Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
