  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Topping:

Instructions

  1. Mix Cream Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Mix-Ins: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and optional chopped pistachios.
  3. Fill Pie Crust: Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
