- 2–3 ripe tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare garlic butter: Mix softened butter with garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Spread butter: Spread the garlic butter on the bread halves.
- Add toppings: Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Broil: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
- Finish and serve: Top with basil leaves, drizzle with balsamic glaze, slice, and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, rub the bread with a raw garlic clove before adding butter.
