Tomato and Mozzarella Salad:

- 12 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Dressing:

- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
