- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
Topping:
- 1 jar (12 ounces) caramel ice cream topping
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted and divided
Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture over crust.
- Add Toppings: Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cream layer, sprinkle with 1 cup of pecans. Repeat with remaining caramel and pecans.
