- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots, chopped apples, raisins or cranberries, and nuts or seeds if using.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Greek yogurt or mayo, honey, salt, and cinnamon if using.
- Combine and Chill: Pour the dressing over the carrot and apple mixture and toss until evenly coated. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
