Cauliflower Pizza Crust:
- 1 medium head cauliflower (about 4 cups grated)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Cauliflower: Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Microwave the riced cauliflower for 4-5 minutes until tender. Squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Form Crust: Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and press into a 1/4-inch thick circle. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
