Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in eggs, then add vanilla. Stir in mashed bananas and milk.
- Combine and Bake: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, fold in nuts/chocolate. Pour into pan and bake for 55-65 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
