  • 12 ounces mixed wild mushrooms (such as cremini, shiitake, and oyster), cleaned and sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Broth Mixture:

  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and toast challah cubes for 20-25 minutes.
