Ingredients
Lasagna Noodles:

Ricotta Cheese Mixture:
4 cups ricotta cheese, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 large egg, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
4 cups marinara sauce, extra shredded mozzarella and Parmesan for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Prepare the cheese mixture: In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the lasagna: Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, and sauce, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest and serve: Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
