For the Beef Patties:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
For Assembly:
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced onion (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the Beef: Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Press into a baking dish, bake for 20 minutes, then slice into 12 squares.
- Assemble Sliders: Place bottom half of buns in a dish, spread with mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Layer with beef, cheese, pickles, and onions. Top with remaining bun halves.
- Bake: Brush buns with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds. Cover and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm.
