Ingredients
For the beef mixture:
1 pound ground beef (80/20), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard.
For assembling sliders:
6 slices American or cheddar cheese, 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls, 2 tablespoons butter (melted), 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional), 1/4 cup diced pickles, 1/4 cup diced onions.
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix beef: Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, and mustard. Press into a baking dish and bake.
- Add cheese: Place cheese slices over the cooked beef and bake until melted.
- Assemble sliders: Slice buns, add beef squares, top with pickles, onions, and bun tops. Brush with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake until golden.
