Graham Cracker Crust:

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, press into the pan, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, then pour over the crust.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly. Cool, refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Serve: Lift out of the pan, cut into bars, and enjoy!
