Instructions
- Preheat Oven. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Prepare Coating. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to distribute all the seasonings evenly.

- Arrange & Top. Place the coated squash rounds on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer without overlapping. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of each round.
- Bake. Bake the squash rounds in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheddar cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown, and the squash is tender.
- Serve. Remove from the oven and let the squash rounds rest for a few minutes before serving warm to allow the cheese to set slightly.
