Baguette Slices:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Crostini Toppings:

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4–5 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 6–8 slices prosciutto, torn into smaller pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Assemble Crostini: Tear burrata into pieces and place on each crostini. Top with peach slices and prosciutto. Drizzle with honey, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
