For the wraps:

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the garlic mayo:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed garlic to the mixture and stir well.
  2. Spread the garlic mayo evenly over each tortilla. Layer shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and spinach leaves on top.
  3. Roll up tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Optional: heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and toast wraps for 2–3 minutes per side until cheese melts and wraps are golden brown.
  4. Slice in half and serve warm.
