For the wraps:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the garlic mayo:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed garlic to the mixture and stir well.
- Spread the garlic mayo evenly over each tortilla. Layer shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and spinach leaves on top.
- Roll up tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Optional: heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and toast wraps for 2–3 minutes per side until cheese melts and wraps are golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
