For the Dip:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1/2 pound lump crab meat (drained and picked over)
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen, thawed and drained)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or cast iron skillet.
- Cook shrimp and spinach: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
- Prepare cheese mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine ingredients: Fold in cooked shrimp and spinach, crab meat, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix gently to combine.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top, if desired.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm with crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette.

- Use canned or imitation crab in place of lump crab meat if needed.
