  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cheese Topping:

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a skillet, sauté onion in butter until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Mix Chicken Mixture: Combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, seasoning, pepper, and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Mix in spaghetti and sautéed onions.
  5. Bake Casserole: Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
