Spaghetti:
- 12 oz spaghetti, broken in half
Chicken Mixture:

- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cheese Topping:
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a skillet, sauté onion in butter until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Mix Chicken Mixture: Combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, seasoning, pepper, and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Mix in spaghetti and sautéed onions.
- Bake Casserole: Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Rest and Serve: Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
