For the Creamy Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Rotini Pasta: Prepare the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Steak: Season the steak bites with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thick.
- Combine and Serve: Return steak to the pan, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley before serving.
