  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or almonds)
  • 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add Flavor: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Gently fold in the chopped cherries, nuts, and white chocolate. Mix just until combined.
  4. Set the Fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
