  • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 ½ cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

For Garnish (optional):

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, diced ham, and half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining Swiss cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
