- 8 oz cremini or white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh

- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season and Sear Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
