For the meatballs:

- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls using hands or a cookie scoop.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Drain cooked meatballs on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve warm with desired accompaniments.
Notes
- You can bake the meatballs at 400°F for 18–20 minutes as a lighter option.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicier version.
- Ground turkey can be substituted for ground chicken.
