Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form meatballs: Use a tablespoon to form 1-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and golden.
