Instructions
- Prepare the Sloppy Joe Filling: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add ground chicken, cook until browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Assemble the Sloppy Joes: Spoon chicken mixture onto toasted buns. Top with mozzarella. Broil until cheese melts. Garnish with basil or parsley.
