  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers or panko (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Macaroni: Boil the elbow macaroni, drain, and set aside.
