- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Roll Ups:
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Chicken Filling: In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cheddar cheese.
- Assemble Roll Ups: Unroll crescent dough and place chicken mixture on each triangle. Roll up tightly and arrange in the baking dish.
- Make Sauce: Whisk remaining cream of chicken soup with water and pour over the rolls. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
