- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, allspice, nutmeg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
- Brown the Meatballs: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the meatballs in batches in olive oil until golden on all sides. Set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour, then gradually add chicken broth. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and sour cream. Simmer until creamy.
- Combine and Simmer: Return meatballs to the skillet, simmer for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
